Certainly not! If the membership isn’t working out, you can feel free to cancel at any time. Please note, a re-enrollment fee will apply for former members wishing to rejoin the practice.
The monthly fee covers all our doctor services. Check out our full list of services for primary care and lifestyle medicine that we offer our patients. There are certain procedures where it is free, however patients are responsible for any off-site costs (example lab or pathology fees). Patients can choose to use their insurance, or pay the low cash fee negotiated by your doctor -which sometimes is cheaper than the cost with insurance!
Impact MD accepts traditional insurance for some services. Coverage, network status, and eligibility depend on the individual plan; contact the practice and your insurer to confirm.

Your membership is activated at the time of enrollment; after this time you have full access to the doctor.
